We do this by reducing risk while supporting business outcomes, through well‑designed, practical governance frameworks that can be consistently applied across the Group.

In your role, you will help shape and embed Macquarie’s data and AI governance frameworks, ensuring they are consistent, practical and aligned across areas such as data quality, privacy, retention and classification. You will manage review cycles, engage with stakeholders and develop clear guidance that supports effective and proportionate implementation. Working closely with teams across risk, compliance, legal, technology and operations, you will help meet regulatory and policy expectations, monitor emerging data and AI risks, and translate these into meaningful updates. Your work will also support governance forums and senior leaders through well-crafted materials and insights, and contribute to measuring how effectively frameworks are adopted and applied across the organisation.
