What role will you play?

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, integrity and optimisation of data systems and workflows by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to manage BAU data pipelines, monitor data quality, and support data‑driven decision‑making. With a strong customer service mindset, you will manage data‑related requests and issues end to end, providing timely updates to stakeholders, troubleshooting and remediating data quality issues, and performing manual adjustments for critical financial reporting.
In addition, you will be adaptable to new scenarios, proactively seek guidance when needed, and demonstrate curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and build team capability.

What you offer

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, with a demonstrated ability to identify breaks, anomalies and reporting issues (transactional reporting experience preferred)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with strong academic performance and knowledge of financial services or financial markets products
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and curiosity, and a proactive approach to self‑learning and professional development
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (experience with Alteryx and/or SQL is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex and technical requirements to both peers and senior stakeholders.
