Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team supports the balance sheet by managing funding, interest rate risk, and long-term sustainability. Our team works closely with Finance, Risk and Group Treasury to deliver clear insight and strong governance outcomes.

In this role you will support balance sheet management by building and running funding and pricing frameworks that explain how products and the balance sheet behave over time. You will use data and modelling to analyse interest rate exposure, and to explain movements to key stakeholders across the group. You will have the opportunity to shape how balance sheet insights support financial reporting and decision making.
