Join a global regulatory operations team supporting transaction reporting across international markets. What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the day to day operations of a global transaction reporting and regulatory operations function, coordinating business management and governance activities across multiple workstreams. You will track deliverables, milestones and dependencies, preparing management information and reporting packs, and assisting with process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, compliance and other global teams, and support responses to audits, internal reviews and regulatory requests with guidance.

What you offer

  • 3-6 years’ experience in business management, operations, risk, compliance, consulting or a similar analytical or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging various stakeholders across global teams.
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset, with an interest in processes, controls, data and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn complex business and regulatory concepts and apply data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
