You will translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable work plans and contribute to a disciplined delivery approach that enhances the organisation’s overall risk management capability.

You will lead the design, configuration, testing and enhancement of MCO workflows, working closely with subject matter experts, technology teams, and the vendor to deliver well‑controlled and robust solutions aligned with policy, data, and reporting standards. You will coordinate releases, perform functional testing, and monitor post‑deployment outcomes to maintain platform stability. In addition, you will engage stakeholders across the Risk Management Group and the broader business to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support adoption, while contributing to strong governance through accurate reporting, proactive risk and issue management, and clear documentation of workflow changes.
