Our Financial Management Chief Operating Office team supports the Financial Management group by enabling consistent, engaging and well-governed people and communication practices. Based in Sydney, our team works closely with leaders and colleagues to strengthen employee experience, connectivity and engagement across the Financial Management pillar.

As a Senior Associate, you will play an important role in supporting Financial Management leaders and teams through clear communication, strong engagement activities and people-focused initiatives. You will contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience by helping deliver communications, engagement programs and leadership support that align with the group’s priorities. Your work will support collaboration, clarity and connection across the Financial Management community.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and professional content for a range of internal audiences
