What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager in People and Culture, you will coordinate planning, change, testing, and business readiness activities to support the effective delivery of our products. You will work closely with Product Owners, technology partners, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities, helping teams maintain clarity and momentum. Your work will enable product teams to deliver value aligned with People and Culture’s strategy and wider business outcomes.

  • Experience delivering change within People and Culture or supporting technology products, including employee‑facing digital services such as policy, advice, or self‑service platforms
  • An understanding of product‑based and agile ways of working, including incremental delivery, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional product teams across People and Culture, technology, and risk, contributing to improved employee outcomes and experiences
  • A proactive and structured approach to delivery, with an emphasis on transparency, early identification of risks, and clear communication
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to support consistent delivery rhythms while building stakeholder confidence.
