What role will you play?

In this role you will lead key areas of cost management through strong business partnering, data‑driven analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and connect insights across Banking and Financial Services to support growth at scale and improve efficiency. Your work helps shape strategies, including technology and operational improvement initiatives.

What you offer

  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (CA or CPA) are well regarded.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in financial services or large operational or customer‑focused organisations.
  • Ability to understand key drivers of cost and activity and define meaningful measures to assess performance over time.
  • Experience with driver‑based budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and detailed variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial and non‑financial information into clear, practical insights.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including presenting information to a range of senior and non‑financial stakeholders.
