Join our Corporate Development and Strategy team, as an Associate Manager or Manager, and play an important role in defining and driving the strategic direction of Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group. You will be part of a high performing team that will partner with senior business stakeholders within the Banking and Financial Services Group and other operating groups within Macquarie.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing the overall strategic initiatives for the Banking and Financial Services Group. By analysing the competitive landscape in which we operate, you will pinpoint opportunities and risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams within the Banking & Financial Services Group and other operating groups to develop and execute strategic initiatives. A key aspect of your role will be addressing complex business problems using strong numerical and financial modelling skills. Furthermore, you will drive innovation within the business through the introduction of new products, processes, and technology.
