What role will you play?

In this role, you support the Shipping Finance team by keeping processes on track and ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate and reliable administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, you manage a range of responsibilities that include maintaining documentation, processing invoices, supporting the procurement onboarding process, monitoring loan‑related requirements, coordinating directly with suppliers, and providing occasional cover for the Office Manager when needed. Your work strengthens the team’s ability to operate effectively, whether you are handling invoices, organising legal paperwork or supporting risk‑related activities – all of which enable the team to focus on delivering innovative financing solutions for clients. .
Please note this role can be located in Zurich or London.

What you offer

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance or accounting environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with basic proficiency in German( not essential)
  • Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
