What role will you play?

You will support the delivery of technology projects by combining business analysis and project coordination responsibilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support project planning and execution. Your responsibilities include assisting with scope definition, tracking timelines and risks, coordinating with technical teams, facilitating meetings, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.

What you offer

  • 1+ year experience in business analysis, project coordination or junior technical project management
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex finance concepts for technical teams and vice versa
  • Understanding of financial accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools and concepts, such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
