What role will you play?

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how our service teams support clients, working closely with a Lead Business Analyst, Product Manager and delivery team. You will analyse current service and client processes, help design improved ways of working, and contribute to the delivery of new tools that support a more consultative service model. Your work will help ensure solutions are well understood, clearly defined and deliver real value for both clients and service teams.

  • A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand existing processes and identify opportunities to improve how people work
  • A strong interest in learning new technologies, particularly customer service platforms such as Salesforce, and how they can improve client experience
  • Experience with, or a keen interest in, artificial intelligence concepts and tools, such as virtual assistants, automation, data-driven insights or language models
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions and share ideas with a range of stakeholders
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach and a genuine passion for improving experiences for both customers and the people who support them.
