Join our Governance team, which is part of Macquarie's Legal and Governance support group and are responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to entities within Macquarie’s global consolidated group.

This role is a fixed term contract.

You will provide support to senior directors, business groups and support teams on corporate governance, company secretarial practice, company law and internal policies. You will manage end-to-end entity governance for a portfolio of Singapore entities, including regulated entities, with opportunities to support entities across South‑East Asia and contribute to global policy, process improvement and innovation initiatives.
