Join our Position Reporting team, which manages controls that support investment banking activity across the full transaction life cycle. Our team helps protect Macquarie by supporting strong information management, transparency and regulatory reporting.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to convert to a permanent position.

What role will you play?

You will support global regulatory position reporting/disclosure of interest and monitoring processes as part of our Position Reporting team. Working closely with colleagues across Compliance, Technology and business teams, you will monitor reporting obligations, prepare regulatory filings, and respond to data quality issues, while supporting timely and accurate submissions.

What you offer

  • Experience in a compliancce or related team within an investment banking environment, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Working knowledge of regulatory position reporting/disclosures of interest requirements across major global markets
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large data sets accurately
  • Effective organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timeframes
  • Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders across different business and support teams.
