The Strategic Partnerships team in Personal Banking is at the heart of our engagement with the mortgage broker industry. We manage key relationships with Australia's leading mortgage aggregator groups, who connect us with a vast network of brokers. Our team works closely with external partners and teams across the Personal Banking ecosystem to support growth opportunities for our business.

You will have the unique opportunity to build and shape the data and platform strategy from the ground up, leaving a lasting legacy on the team and the business.
You will be empowered to lead transformative initiatives that will not only enhance our competitive position but also drive positive change. Your work will directly contribute to the growth in the broker channel by making data our strategic advantage by leading how we use data and platforms to shape our approach to the mortgage broker market.
You will work with aggregator partners and internal teams to maximise our position in the market and have the opportunity to turn complex data into clear strategies that support growth.
