Join Macquarie’s Risk Committees Governance team in the Risk Management Group Transformation and Operations division. This team drives the effective operation of committees, providing structured secretariat and governance support for Risk Management Group’s key risk committees, including Macquarie’s Executive Risk Committees, with key stakeholders across Macquarie and its Non-Financial Risk Divisions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the governance team, helping to coordinate and manage key risk committees, including those focused on board and management level risk reporting. You will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating papers, and capturing clear and accurate meeting notes and actions. You will also support the maintenance of governance documentation and ensure materials are consistent, well-structured, and delivered on time. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day committee operations.

  • Experience working in banking, professional services or financial services is highly beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with strong attention to detail and experience engaging with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documents, and competing priorities effectively
  • A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support a fast-paced environment
