Join our Enterprise division within Macquarie Asset Management as a Staff Investments Manager within our Funds Management team. The team supports staff investment plans by turning agreed legal and structural decisions into well run, compliant investment arrangements. We focus on high quality operational delivery, strong controls and a positive experience for our internal investors and partners.

This role will be offered on a 12-month maximum term contract.

What role will you play?

In this role you will execute and deliver staff investment plans and feeder fund structures from decision through to launch and steady state. You will translate legal, tax and structural outcomes into clear operational actions and actively drive them to completion.

You will be embedded in the detail of fund establishment and launch activity—entity setup, administrator coordination, investor onboarding, subscriptions and funding flows—while maintaining a strong focus on quality, control and timeliness. Success in the role depends on your ability to anticipate issues, resolve operational problems pragmatically, and escalate with clear recommendations where judgement or alignment is required.

What you offer

  • Proven experience in investment fund or asset management operations, including fund launches, investor onboarding and transaction processing, and coordination with administrators and service providers.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end operational tasks with accuracy, strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and controls.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues early, resolving them pragmatically and escalating with clear recommendations when needed.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively at pace.
  • 5–10 years’ of experience in financial services or asset management operations.
