In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Technology, Operating and Support Groups to ensure that risks across data and technology are managed effectively, in line with Macquarie’s Operational Risk Management Frameworks and associated policies. You will work with the team to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework.

You will work collaboratively with the Technology and business stakeholders to identify operational issues and control breakdowns and advise on proposed responses. You will be involved in risk and controls uplift initiatives, issues and incident investigation, proactive controls assurance deep-dives, and risk workshops. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives to meet evolving business demands.
