Join our Equities Research team in Taipei, where you will support the delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights to institutional clients. You will gain hands-on experience across the research lifecycle, working alongside analysts on financial analysis, market research, and report preparation. This internship is ideal for students looking to build foundational skills in equity research and capital markets.

What role will you play?

Working closely with the Head of Asia Consumer Research, you will provide support across core research activities, including data collection, financial analysis and industry research. You will gather and validate financial data from multiple sources (e.g. company filings, Bloomberg, Capital IQ), assist in maintaining and updating financial models, and help track market trends and sector developments. You will also summarise earnings calls, investor presentations, and company disclosures to extract key insights for the team.
In a fast-paced environment, you will also contribute to research report preparation and team operations, including supporting the drafting of data sections and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reports, and maintaining organised research records. Additionally, you will assist with monitoring market news, preparing basic trackers and dashboards, and supporting day-to-day coordination across the research team.

  • Current undergraduate pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field, with exceptional academic performance and the ability to commit to a full-time 2-month internship, ideally from June to August 2026
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a willingness to develop a deeper understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
  • High attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage tasks within tight timelines
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset, with a strong interest in capital markets and equity research
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
