What role will you play?

In this role, you will focus on strengthening AI governance, controls, and assurance across Risk Management Group initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, regulatory expectations, and risk appetite. You will act as a central point of expertise for AI governance, guiding teams to ensure that AI use cases and solutions meet required standards. You will coordinate and manage risk assessment and approval processes, working closely with risk, compliance, and control functions to identify and manage potential risks. You will design and maintain governance frameworks and documentation, support ongoing testing and assurance of controls, and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practices. Additionally, you will provide practical guidance to stakeholders on embedding governance into AI initiatives, helping to balance innovation with effective risk management.

What you offer

  • 3–5+ years’ demonstrated experience in risk, governance, compliance, business analysis or control design, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks, policy compliance and control assessment, with the ability to interpret and apply requirements pragmatically
  • Experience supporting or managing approval, assurance or change governance processes, with strong documentation discipline
  • Familiarity with AI, data or technology risk concepts (e.g. model risk, data privacy, bias, cyber risk), with a willingness to deepen technical understanding
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology and risk teams
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and the confidence to challenge constructively and escalate issues where required
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, anticipate emerging risks and contribute to the evolution of governance frameworks.

We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow.
