Our Banking & Financial Services Environmental, Social and Governance team supports sustainable business practices and responsible risk management across our banking and lending activities. The team plays a key role in ensuring our products and services align with evolving sustainability expectations, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?

As an Environmental, Social and Governance Manager, you will support the ongoing integration of environmental and social risk management across Banking & Financial Services. You will lead environmental and social risk reviews across our various products and services, coordinate sustainability reporting, and support climate-related disclosures, while providing trusted advice and guidance to stakeholders to help embed responsible decision-making into everyday business processes.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business or sustainability, with relevant experience in environmental and social risk management, ideally within financial services or banking
  • Experience conducting environmental and social risk reviews, due diligence, or working with sustainability, regulatory or financial reporting frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and influence a range of senior stakeholders
  • A high level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively
  • Well‑developed interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
