We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team providing advanced support for our Windows End User Computing (EUC) Service and continuously striving to improve user experience, performance, and reliability. What role will you play?

In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to manage critical incidents, deliver strategic initiatives, and drive innovation. You will lead local Workspace and Application Engineers to manage and evolve the Windows environment using Entra ID–joined devices and modern endpoint management practices. In doing so, you will ensure a secure, scalable, and seamless end user experience while helping shape the bank’s future technology landscape.

What you offer

• 9+ years’ experience in desktop engineering, including team leadership in a regulated enterprise environment
• Strong security‑first mindset with the ability to operate in complex, highly governed settings
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise across Windows endpoint platforms
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of Windows endpoints, Config Manager, Group Policy, Intune, application packaging, and the Microsoft security stack
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with experience in C#, .NET, and modern endpoint management and cloud integration concepts
