Our Identity Access Management team sits within the Cyber Security Technology division and focuses on delivering secure, scalable identity solutions across the organisation. The team plays a key role in strengthening cyber resilience by enabling secure access and supporting transformation initiatives across global platforms.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with an agile team of product owners, engineers, and adoption specialists to support the delivery of cyber security services. You will contribute to stakeholder engagement, support implementation activities, and help drive service adoption through analysis, documentation, and collaboration. You will also play a role in identifying process improvements through data analysis, automation, and emerging technologies, developing your capabilities in these areas over time.

What you offer

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role, or relevant experience within cyber security, technology, or transformation programmes
  • Foundational data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, with exposure to SQL or similar tools being advantageous
  • The ability to gather, document, and clearly communicate business and technical requirements to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn from both technical and non-technical team members in an agile environment
  • An interest in emerging technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and improving processes.
