What role will you play?

You will partner closely with People & Culture Partners, business leaders and Reward peers around the globe to deliver reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review, business hiring and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst executing on strategic priorities throughout the reward cycle.

Drawing on your understanding of market practices, relevant regulations, and remuneration data, you will provide timely, insight-led advice and recommendations to People & Culture and business stakeholders to influence our remuneration approach and outcomes, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities.

You will leverage strong analytical capability to design and maintain data models that support reward analysis, forecasting and reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and reinforce competitive positioning.

What you offer

  • You possess a strong foundation in reward, compensation or HR advisory, ideally within asset management or a similarly complex, global environment, including experience working with Carried Interest
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, Business/Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • Your strong analytical skills are evident in your ability to compile, analyse, and interpret data sets, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Your innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills enable you to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link reward outcomes to business performance
