Our Private Credit team has been investing in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of our institutional client base for over 12 years and is a leader in the asset class.

What role will you play?

As an Associate, you will materially contribute to the continued growth of our platform, primarily in respect of investment grade infrastructure debt in the UK and Europe. You will work autonomously, taking a leading role in the origination, assessment, and execution of new investment opportunities under the supervision of a Director in the team.
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead the investment approval process and the execution of investments; develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors; and manage portfolio assets with the support of the portfolio management team.
You will also support fundraising and investor relationship management and contribute to the development of junior team members.

  • Experience in a transferable role, contributing to complex transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors, such as social infrastructure, renewables, energy, transportation and digital infrastructure
  • A track record of managing deals
  • Highly numerate and skilled in all aspects of credit and financial analysis
  • An effective team player with excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive, resilient and able to demonstrate sound business judgement
