You’ll join the Strategy, Governance & Change team at the centre of this transformation, supporting program coordination, governance and delivery across the function. As the Transformation Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of a large, multi-workstream people transformation. You will help turn strategic priorities into organised delivery by maintaining plans, coordinating forums and workshops, tracking actions and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to keep work moving.

In this role, you’ll work closely with workstream leads, the Transformation Office and senior stakeholders to support planning, governance and reporting across the program. You’ll help bring structure and follow-through to delivery by coordinating workshops and governance forums, maintaining key program artefacts and ensuring actions, updates and decisions are captured clearly and kept current. You’ll also build valuable experience in transformation by working across priorities, helping surface risks and dependencies, and providing proactive support that keeps work moving in a complex, fast-paced environment.
