Our Financial Planning & Analysis team supports the Macquarie Capital business by providing clear insight into performance. Our team focuses on analysing results and working closely with stakeholders to inform decision making.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support Macquarie Capital’s external reporting and work closely with Investor Relations, while preparing and maintaining portfolio reporting and investment performance analysis. You will also contribute to forecasting and budgeting cycles, deliver ad hoc analysis, and work with the wider team to improve processes.

What you offer

  • A tertiary degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field, with progress towards a recognised professional qualification such as CA or CPA
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and seek opportunities to improve within an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key drivers of performance and measure success over time
  • The ability to turn complex financial and non-financial data into clear and actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to share insights with a range of stakeholders.
