- 3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, risk management, compliance, regulatory environments, or a similarly complex industry
- Experience supporting technology implementation projects, including evaluating and implementing cloud-based software solutions and working with both internal teams and external providers
- Strong ability to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements and design future-state processes
- Experience facilitating workshops and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate risks, prioritise competing demands and escalate issues when appropriate.
