- Senior leadership experience in AI governance, technology risk, operational risk management or a related discipline within financial services, with a strong track record of leading governance and risk initiatives
- A strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, the AI solution lifecycle, model risk management and emerging regulatory requirements, including global and local AI regulations
- Experience implementing and overseeing risk management frameworks, controls design activities and governance processes across complex organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders, executive committees and governance forums
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance and risk insights for a broad range of audiences, while promoting responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence across the organisation.
