Help shape the future of People and Culture at Macquarie. At a pivotal point in our transformation journey, and with strong leadership backing, we are building a digitally enabled, scalable and future-ready People and Culture function across our global organisation. The Employee Experience and Digital team is focused on shaping and delivering the digital and experience strategy, enabling more connected, digital-first experiences for employees and leaders and across the people and culture eco system.
We will be looking to welcome a number of Digital Product Managers to our team in 2027 across employee experience, talent development and HR transformation more broadly. If you bring relevant domain and digital experience, we would love to connect with you. As this is an expression of interest campaign, we expect interviews to commence in the coming months.

What role will you play?

As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the development of digital products from idea through to delivery and ongoing improvement. You will use customer insights, data and stakeholder feedback to shape product direction, prioritise opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will also own the People and Culture digital adviser and digital experience within the Hub.

What you offer

  • 5 - 10 years’ of experience, including at least 2 years in product management, delivery or a product-focused role
  • Experience building high-quality digital products and improving customer experiences, ideally in the context of employee experience or human resources
  • Degree qualification in business, engineering, science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong ability to use data, insights and evidence to guide decisions and priorities
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, influence stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
