- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, Data Governance Specialist, or in a similar role within a complex financial services or regulatory reporting environment
- Strong technical skills in SQL, with exposure to tools such as Python, Control-M, and Alteryx considered advantageous
- A solid understanding of data governance practices, including data quality management, metadata management, critical data elements, and data governance platforms such as Collibra
- Experience working within agile delivery environments, including managing and prioritising work backlogs and supporting continuous process improvement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing business and regulatory priorities
- Demonstrates an AI-enabled mindset, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency, innovation, and business outcomes.
