- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a global organisation, with the ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities and stakeholders across different time zones
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical outcomes
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Copilot, together with experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, workshops, events and team engagement activities
