What role will you play?

You will originate and develop business opportunities with Japanese corporate clients in FX and interest rate structured products, as well as acquire new clients and develop strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
In addition, you will contribute to revenue generation and business growth and collaborate closely with the Structuring team and internal stakeholders, including risk management, legal and operations teams.

What you offer

  • Experience in sales and client relationship management within securities, banking, or a related field, with 2-3 years of direct experience an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated motivation to develop new business opportunities
  • Solid product knowledge and risk management capabilities, particularly in relation to FX and interest rate derivatives
  • Understanding of financial markets, market structures, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent Japanese language skills required, including the ability to conduct client-facing discussions and negotiations professionally.
