What role will you play?

You will play a key part in delivering a seamless employee experience by supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding. You will oversee the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs, managing enrolments, dependent coverage, and employment-related updates in partnership with external providers. Working closely with payroll teams, you will coordinate new hire setup, employment changes, final pay processing, employee loans, and other payroll-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You will also manage statutory employment obligations, including SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG enrolments, contributions, and loan administration, while liaising with relevant government agencies as required. Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports, documentation, and people-related data will be a core part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and Macquarie Plus initiatives, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience through process simplification, standardization, digitalisation, and automation. You will support continuous improvement initiatives by driving process enhancements, maintaining documentation, and encouraging the adoption of systems and tools that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across People and Culture.

  • Exposure to process improvement, workflow optimisation, or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR systems and digital employee experience tools
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, analyse information, create content, or support process simplification
  • Ability to develop effective AI prompts and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, and enhance service delivery
  • Experience working in a shared services, corporate, financial services, or multinational environment.
