Join our high performing country coverage investment banking team. Working alongside senior originators and country coverage bankers, you will assist in the execution of deals across a range of sectors including Critical Minerals and Energy, infrastructure, TMT, and industrial/healthcare. You will also assist in structured equity transactions, traditional ECM transactions, and cross border M&A transactions.

What role will you play?

You will be involved in preparing financial analysis and drafting presentations and pitch books for senior bankers to use in client and marketing meetings. You will also coordinate with internal and external parties on the team’s deal executions for complex structured transactions.
As part of a highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to take real responsibility from an early stage. You will be encouraged to take initiative and, with the support of the team, be given the opportunity to grow and develop throughout the course of the internship.
