Working in a fast-paced and close-knit team environment, you will support executives and team members with extensive inbox and calendar management, as well as arrange internal and external in-person or virtual meetings, including managing the waiting room, participants, agenda and presentations when required.
In addition to managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car transport and visas, you will also process expense claim submissions and ensure submission deadlines are met. You will help oversee the stationery stock and place orders when supplies run low, working closely with suppliers to ensure purchase orders and invoices are submitted correctly.
You will regularly interact with external parties (such as partners, clients) and their assistants, to coordinate meetings with international offices across different time zones. You will also have the opportunity to support the logistical coordination and execution of a variety of corporate activities, both virtual and in-person, including Townhalls, Lunch and Learn sessions and Firechats etc.
