What role will you play?

In this role you will take end-to-end ownership of the solutions you build, from design and development through to testing and production support. You will help shape the future of the platform, make architectural decisions, contribute to AI-enabled engineering practices and mentor engineers across the team. You will work closely with engineering, product, support, architecture and risk teams to deliver resilient and customer-focused solutions.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience building Java-based cloud applications using Spring Boot or a similar modern technology stack.
  • Strong understanding of resilient, scalable and loosely coupled software systems, including service-oriented or microservices architecture.
  • Experience applying AI throughout the software development lifecycle and contributing tools, skills or knowledge that improve engineering outcomes.
  • Proficiency with containers, cloud platforms, APIs, and relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
