Position Announcement
We currently seek a full-time Administrative Assistant to begin work immediately in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office. The individual selected for this position will be asked to work in office at least three days per week and mainly be responsible for answering the office phone and client communications, but additional duties include:
· Schedule and coordinate client meetings and travel for assigned Consultants as well as additional team members as needed.
· Create notes packets for client meetings, finalist presentations, and as requested by assigned consultants.
· Enter notes packets into Salesforce for assigned consultants.
· Assist the company's Consultants, Associates and Analysts with routine business activities.
· Aid in managing incoming and outgoing mail (including courier and overnight packages).
· Aid in composing and editing client and other correspondence (e.g. binding presentations, creating thank you notes, etc.).
· Aid in ordering office and kitchen supplies as needed, and general office upkeep.
· Aid in organizing our biannual client-only conference and off-site company retreat.
· Aid with scheduling, budgeting, and other conference coordination with Morgan Stanley.
· Additional duties as assigned.

· 2 – 5 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Self-Sufficient – The nature of our fast-moving environment requires individuals to often look for solutions to issues independently and to work with minimal supervision.
- Quick Learner - A successful candidate must be capable of thinking critically and quickly processing new information under tight deadlines.
- Organized – The Administrative Assistant will be required to organize and track outstanding meetings and handle frequent priority changes.
- Attention to Detail – Our success as a firm is intrinsically linked to the quality and accuracy of our materials, including accuracy of work performed.
- Team-Oriented – Cooperation with your team and additional departments to meet deadlines with quality work is tremendously important.
- Strong Work Ethic – This position requires 40 hours of work per week. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are integral to succeeding at Cook Street.
- Personable and Professional – The vast majority of our new business comes through referrals. Our reputation is one of the greatest assets we possess, and each employee is a representative of the company. All employees expected to communicate with all clients and third-party vendors in a professional and personable manner.
- Software - Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Salary range for the position: $57,000 to $110,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in relevant business units incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
