The position provides an opportunity to participate in key strategic projects for the division and learn from senior executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning assignments
- Building analyses on the division’s performance on key initiatives
- Constructing strategic presentations delivered by senior executives
- Executing on divisional projects focused on regulatory, risk, technology and compliance related matters
- Acting as the liaison between Investment Banking Management and other parts of the Firm
Qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of work experience - including relevant internship experience.
- Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft excel formulas and data analysis
- Interest in gaining knowledge on strategic matters relating to Investment Banking
- Ability to interface well with all levels of employees in a highly professional manner
- Excellent computer, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree is required

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
