The Prospect Management & Client Coverage team is embedded within the broader Strategic Client Management team, which is responsible for driving the Firm’s Integrated Firm Strategy. The PMCC Analyst/Associate will be responsible for supporting the Individual Prospecting business, including oversight of reservation requests, resolving coverage conflicts as they arise, help create and maintain reporting for Sr. Leadership. The PMCC Associate/ Assistant Vice President specific responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a key coverage partner to the Wealth Management Field, including creating, communicating, and enforcing Firm prospecting policies
  • Collaborate with Field Management to create strategic partnerships and solve conflicts
  • Partner with other key business stakeholders across Wealth Management, Investment Management and Institutional Securities on Integrated Firm initiatives
  • Conduct strategic analysis in support of Integrated Firm efforts in identifying new business opportunities across Morgan Stanley, including preparing presentation and reporting materials for senior management
  • Update various pipelines, group metrics and databases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. 0-3 years related industry experience with a general understanding of Wealth Management product and services
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid data analysis experience
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success with multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who will take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently
  • Team-oriented, with high level of administrative and interpersonal professionalism
  • Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
