This is a Business Analysis III position at the Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and establishing requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

The COO team within Wealth & Investment Management Technology (WMIMT) drives the strategic agenda for the COO and CIO of WMT, and we are in search of a talented and eager Individual to join our team.
As part of the WMIMT Strategy team, you will work alongside members of the COO organization and Senior Leadership across WMT to put together analyses and presentations for key strategic questions.
What you’ll do in the role:
Develop and create Senior Leadership Presentations
Excellent project management skills
Manage key strategic project
Financial Analysis and Modeling
The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team that spans across multiple time zones. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role. The candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of key deliverables.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Experience in Management Consulting, and/or an Internal Strategy group within the Financial Services industry
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization
Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations
Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
Thorough attention to detail and precision

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $72,000 and $111,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
