We are currently hiring for an Analyst to work in the EMEA Chief Administrative Officer organization in London. Your primary responsibility will be to work with and support the portfolio leads with Firm strategic and operational initiatives.

EMEA Firm Management is the regional partner of Morgan Stanley’s global senior leadership, helping to drive the analysis and strategic thinking behind key decisions and discussions around the Firm’s top priorities.

What will you be doing?

The nature of the role means that your responsibilities will vary by project and team needs, but will typically include:

  • Supporting the portfolio leads in their execution of projects across the portfolio, including for example supporting business analysis.
  • Assisting with production of a wide range of documentation that directly supports both internal and regulatory governance. This could include materials for working groups and Steering Committees, briefing documents, or regulatory deliverables.
  • Analyzing, reviewing and challenging data from different sources to ensure reporting is accurate.
  • Assisting with preparing ad-hoc presentations as and when required.
  • Liaising with team members from business units and support functions to help drive forward initiatives.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong quantitative / analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player able to work effectively and flexibly in a team environment.

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment with shifting and competing priorities.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills

EMEA Firm Management offers a unique opportunity to join the EMEA Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) organisation. The portfolio includes Legal Entity Strategy, Operational Resilience, Program Governance, New Product Approvals, Outsourcing and oversight of Corporate Services and External Affairs in EMEA.
