Overview
Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of nine sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow Solutions, Digital Trading & Investing, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution. Business Control & Support, and the Chief Operating Office.
The Morgan Stanley Design Systems and Research Center for Excellence (COE) teams collaborate across all Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE digital properties, supporting 500+ tools for Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors and more. Our mission is to assist our design, product, and tech partners in building more effective, user-centered experiences through a cohesive design system.
Our team brings an entrepreneurial spirit to a leading global financial firm. We are looking for a UX COE Program Manager to help us implement process and structure, strengthen relationships with our partners, and find creative solutions to support our growth-stage challenges.
Once here you will...
> Support and assist in optimizing processes, tools, calendar, and workflows across UX Centers of Excellence (COE)
> Define and lead team meetings and team retrospectives
> Perform backlog refinement for the Research team
> Lead Scrum and Agile ceremonies for the design language team, while staying connected to Agile teams within Wealth Management Technology
> Assist in assessing changing project scopes and staffing needs on the research and design language teams
> Support with managing tooling and vendor relationships i.e. planning internal and external workshops
> Support with maintenance and governance of the Research Repository Relevant experience and mindset
> You have 3+ years' experience as a member of a design team or front-end development team, with experience in a support or associate role
> Knowledge of the Agile process and Scrum ceremonies
> You know how user experience design and research teams work and their role within product and development lifecycle
> You have experience working in financial services or comparable industries, supporting complex projects with multiple inputs and phases
> You have established relationships and can support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the organization
> You are a natural communicator
> You have experience partnering and building bridges with stakeholders, teams, and agencies
> You are organized and can support high-complexity workflows on moving, changing teams

Salary range for the position: $80,000 and $105,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
