The work environment is hybrid with most jobs working in office 3 days a week and others at home.

Duration: June 8th to August 14th, 2026

Locations: Seattle (800 5th Ave.) Or Boston (1 Post Office Square)

Salary is set at $28.50 per hour. Position is not eligible for benefits or relocation support.

The Client Reporting Intern will be involved in assisting the Client Reporting Team with a variety of duties to support the Institutional and Wealth Management sales organizations. The role will support the Client Reporting Analysts with client reporting deliverables, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The position will require teamwork and collaboration with multiple departments. Although interactions with the end client are limited, the role is focused on providing exceptional client service through timely and accurate analysis and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc analysis and client reporting for institutional and\or wealth management clients. (Examples include net of fee performance calculations, holdings, income & expense and transactions reports, etc.)

– Perform detailed review of client deliverables.

– Prepare and review custom retail and institutional client reports utilizing Excel, Word and Power Point.

– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all requests.

– Assist with ad hoc data requests in support of the team.

– Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts with particular attention to developing strong investment/product knowledge.

– May be required to take on additional responsibilities and initiatives that will be executed with limited direction from the Supervisor, as well as Client Reporting Analysts.

Job Requirements

– Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.

– Junior progressing towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.

– Strong math/quantitative skills.

– Intermediate Excel skills, including V-Lookup and experience with large data sets.

– Ability to work and excel independently.

– Working knowledge of statistics and familiarity with the principles of portfolio management.

– Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle a deadline-oriented workload.

– High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

– Must possess a high level of initiative and have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

– Willingness to learn the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures, in addition to a functional knowledge of a professional services environment.

– Experience with VBA is a plus.
