2026 Corporate Services Full-Time Analyst Program (Alpharetta)

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do‒and‒win business.

Full-Time Analysts join for a 2-year rotational program consisting of three 8-month rotations across diverse teams and functions within Corporate Services, including:

  • An in-depth introduction to Corporate Services at Morgan Stanley and exposure to our functional division teams: Real Estate Services, Property Management, Corporate Business Solutions, Corporate Security & Investigations, Corporate Travel & Meetings Management, Global Supplier Services and Business Services & Innovation.
  • Firmwide and Corporate Services orientation and training, including professional and personal development.
  • In-depth exposure to specific functions, teams and senior leaders based on team placements. ​
  • Support from the Analyst class director, functional team manager, and mentor(s).
  • Exposure to our senior leadership team, community service opportunities, social events and networking opportunities to fully immerse you in Corporate Services and the Firm’s culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Services professionals and regional colleagues to support global initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes that enable productivity and efficiency for the Firm and our employees, including:

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Basic understanding of the Corporate Services function.
  • Interest in delivering services and products that enhance the employee experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A quick learner with a strong work ethic; a team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Willing collaborator that can partner with various colleagues within and outside the organization to drive change and make an impact.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.

Expected base pay rate for the role will be $27.89 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
