Position is required to meet the regulatory control obligations and carry of BAU activities to support DOI - Disclosure of Interest team. Team is focused on fulfilling regulatory requirements including Substantial Shareholder reporting , Takeover Panel Reporting, Short Position Monitoring and Beneficial Disclosure, as well as multiple other oversight functions to ensure Morgan Stanley is meeting reporting and disclosing in line with Regulations. There will increase in work due to Korea reg changes and few upcoming standard tooling automation, also team is involved in testing for system enhancements, regulatory need changes, efficiency in multiple platform and risk workshop, apart from day to day support to DOI functions. The role is required to provide coverage across all DOI functions and regulatory reporting obligations, as well as to reduce the risk of regulatory breaches across the full suite of DOI functions. If not hired, it will impact the capacity of the Mumbai team to cover the existing book of work and the changes planned for next year which might have a regulatory impact. If we do not hire for this role, it will impact the timeline of the upcoming projects and also the team will not have bandwidth to deal with additional changes and volumes that will expose the team to regulatory risks

What you'll do in the role:
- Serve as the primary supervisor within specific line or project area with accountability to associated risks
- Manage direct reports, leading 1:1s and career development, attracting and retaining high quality talent in line with our leadership commitments
- Review resources to ensure adequate coverage to deliver BAU commitments, highlighting current and future needs to manager
- Share expert knowledge across the team, contributing to team output and ensuring diverse viewpoints are heard What you'll bring to the role:
