We're seeking someone to join our Wealth Management Finance team to support Finance initiatives related to U.S. Bank products, serving as a senior individual contributor responsible for the execution of complex, cross functional initiatives. This role requires strong project management discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a regulated environment while remaining hands on in driving delivery.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Vice President level position within our Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross-functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
- Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
> Lead and execute complex Finance projects supporting U.S. Bank products, from initiation through implementation and stabilization
> Translate business and regulatory objectives into detailed, executable project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownership
> Establish and manage appropriate project governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, escalation, and documentation
> Serve as a primary Finance point of contact for assigned initiatives, coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups
> Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and control considerations, driving mitigation and resolution
> Prepare concise materials for senior Finance leadership, governance forums, and review committees

What you'll bring to the role:
- Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to provide positive and constructive
- Feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
- Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
> Familiarity with risk, control, or regulatory frameworks
> Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions
> Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) a plus
> Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
> 9+ years of experience in Finance, Banking, or Financial Services project or program management
> Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives in regulated environments
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive level reporting
> Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
