We're seeking someone to join our Business Management team as a Vice President supporting Enterprise Network Services to ensure funding is secured for all the projects included in new deals, plan and outline the timing of getting deals to PO release with resellers, liaise with sourcing, project owner, CoS, engineers, SDM, finance and procurement
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services for the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President position within our Business Management Job Family which performs business management/CAO functions including headcount management, financials, people processes, executive communications, strategic support, divisional governance, regulatory support etc. Includes regional, location and department management and oversight

What you'll do in the role:
- Executive Engagement: Work with the ENS leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide array of opportunities and challenges.
- Contract Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and execution to renewal, amendment, and termination, ensuring alignment with ENS objectives and requirements.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Lead ongoing governance of vendor relationships, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Value Creation: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through effective vendor management and contract negotiation and governance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with partners in Technology, Finance and Sourcing to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and deliver key ENS projects and programs.
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
- Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- Manage, attract, develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment
What you'll bring to the role:
- - Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to provide positive and constructive

- Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
- Escalate issues and risks to the supervisor in a timely fashion
- Be able to effectively and actively ensure upward, downward peer communication of information and issues and risks
- At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
