Neuberger Berman’s Employee Platform team focuses on ensuring a holistic, inclusive employee experience and maintaining the firm’s business principles and culture, which are key drivers of business performance. The team also actively participates in shaping the firm’s public profile and reputation, as well as its continued engagement with clients.
The team is looking for a Program Implementation Manager that will partner with the Head of the Employee Platform and the firm’s Chief of Staff on the execution of special/corporate projects and the implementation of key employee- and firm-related programs and initiatives.
This role requires strong project management skills to ensure timely execution, data analytical skills to contribute on a substantive level and change management experience to drive adoption of key initiatives. It also presents a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams globally, as well as members of the firm’s Senior Leadership team and Partnership/Operating Committee. Additional key partners include Human Capital Management, Corporate Real Estate Services, and Global Technology.
Examples of employee- and firm-related programs and initiatives: (1) Hybrid Work, including the firm’s approach (logistics, operational necessities and long-term implications); (2) components of the firm’s Equity, Inclusion and Diversity efforts; and (3) Employee Investment Solutions, the firm’s wealth advisory service for employees. Examples of special/corporate projects: the firm’s biennial Employee Survey, as well as creating a measurement (ex. surveys) to evaluate Employee Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of the Employee Platform and the firm’s Chief of Staff on the execution of special/corporate projects and the implementation of key employee- and firm-related programs and initiatives.
- Co-lead the firm’s employee survey program, including biennial employee engagement survey, targeted “pulse” surveys, and external benchmarking surveys. This includes creating survey questions, administration, analysis and helping close any identified gaps.
- Serve as a program manager on the firm’s Employee Investment Solutions program.
- Serve as part of the firm’s cross-functional Equity, Inclusion and Diversity committee, providing logistical and program management support.
- Led efforts to effectively measure the impact of the Employee Platform/Experience programs (in addition to survey measurement).
- Partner with members of the Employee Platform team to improve processes and opportunities for automation/technology enhancements across their areas of expertise.
- Provide project management and program implement capabilities on ad hoc programs and projects as needed, including but project timelines/organization, PowerPoint assistance, budget management, data/analytical support, and research.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (financial services preferred).
- Strong project management and implementation skills.
- Experience executing change management programs.
- Strong analytical as well as verbal and written communication skills (i.e., the ability to review data sets and translate into a story).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with high degree of flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and adapt to change.
- Experience working with surveys and analyzing data, as well as using Tableau, is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
