Summary:
The Global RFP Team collaborates closely with each of the firm’s distinct business units and investment teams to craft responsive marketing collateral for RFP searches and Due Diligence Questionnaires. The team works across all distribution channels responding to requests from each of the firm’s various client types from around the world. The team is committed to consistently and efficiently delivering high-quality product to enhance our global sales, marketing, and client service efforts.
We are looking for an experienced RFP writer to join the team and who will take the initiative to continually look for opportunities to improve the quality, timeliness and efficiency of our submissions. Working as part of the Global RFP Team, the successful candidate will ensure that all RFPs are completed in a timely manner and tailored to investor requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") and Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs")
- Partner with the Global RFP Team to ensure all deadlines are met and to allow for consistent & accurate messaging across all questionnaires
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs") throughout the firm to craft accurate responses to standard and customized questions
- Maintain a database of standard RFP responses and craft new language as appropriate, including collaborating directly with the firm’s ESG group for the extensive ESG library of responses
- Build an in-depth understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities
- Commit to improving the efficiency of the RFP process and quality of RFP submissions
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (economics, finance or business preferred)
- Superior academic credentials
- 5+ years in an RFP role at an asset management firm preferred
- Fixed Income, ESG and complex RFP project management experience preferred
- Excellent time-management, planning and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with senior investment professionals and Subject Matter Experts
- Self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a broader team

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
